Engr. Babajide A. Soyode

Engr. Babajide A Soyode is the chairman of the Board of Directors. He began his carrier in 1970 as a Chemical Engineer with the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation and rose to become the Group General Manager in charge of Corporate Planning and Business Development.
He was also the past President of the Nigerian Society of Chemical Engineers and serves actively as one of the council members.
He is currently the President of Atlas Poligenics Limited, an oil and gas engineering consultancy firm.

Vice Chairman

Chief Mrs. Marlies Allan

Chief (Mrs.) Marlies Allan is the vice chairman of the Board of Directors.
She brings to bear over 20 years’ experience as a Patent and Intellectual Property Lawyer. She is currently the Managing Partner of Allan & Ogunkeye, a firm of Patents and Intellectual Property Practitioners. She was the past President of the International Federation of Women Lawyers (FIDA) (Nigerian Chapter) and also a Director of the International Director of F.I.D.A.
She is a Notary Public of the Supreme Court of Nigeria and occupies various leadership roles as the President of the A.I.P.P.I (International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property), Chairman Board of Trustees of Atlantic Hall School, Epe and a member of several International Law Associations.

Dr. O. A. Lalude

Dr. O. A. Lalude is the immediate past Chairman of Petrodata Management Services Ltd.
He retired as a General Manager in Shell Nigeria Exploration & Production Company Ltd. (SNEPCO), a SHELL Company engaged in deep offshore and far inland oil and gas exploration.
He was one time General Manager of Shell’s Western Division in Warri, and Engineering Manager. Prior to that he also had international exposure with Shell International in Holland and the U.S.A.
He also worked earlier as Senior Design (Mechanical) Engineer for Nuclear Power Plants at Bechtel Corporation in the United States. He is presently an oil industry consultant.

Chief Richard D. Adelu

Chief R.D Adelu worked for Shell Petroleum Development Company in various capacities as Production Geologist and Petroleum Engineer. He joined the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) and the Department of Petroleum Resources (DPR) in 1988 and rose to the position of Deputy Director, Resources Management, a position he held for seven years before he retired in 1996.

Chief Adelu is also the Chief Executive Officer of Radoil Services, a Petroleum Services Company, and currently serves on the Board of various companies.

Managing Director

Mr Wole Shebioba

Wole Shebioba is the Managing Director of Petrodata Management Services Ltd, bringing to bear over 20 years’ experience in the petroleum industry. His early career commenced in 1987 with Shell Petroleum Development Company, where he worked as Operations seismologist and acquired vast experience in 2D and 3D seismic data acquisition and processing, He was at various times QA/QC consultant, on various onshore and offshore seismic acquisition and processing projects.

He holds a B.Sc and M.Sc degree in Applied Geophysics from the Federal University of Technology Akure and has attended various technical and management courses both locally and abroad; he is also a Microsoft Certified System Engineer. He is an alumnus of the Lagos Business School. A member of SEG – (Society of Exploration Geophysicist) Tulsa Oklahoma) USA, AAPG, (American Association of Petroleum Geologist) and SPE (Society of Petroleum Engineers) USA and an active member of NAPE – Nigerian Association of Petroleum Explorationist.

Mr. Adebayo Akinpelu

Mr. Adebayo Akinpelu is an accomplished Petroleum Geologist and recently retired as an Executive Director from Chevron after a career that spanned 3 decades. He brings to the board, significant E & P exposure in a Multinational oil setting and an enviable career filled with significant achievements. His professional career culminated in the award of the “Distinguished Service Award” of the American Association of Petroleum Geologists (AAPG) in 2004 with the added distinction of being the first African to receive this award.

At Chevron, he held the positions of Development Geology Manager, Exploration Evaluation Manager and Exploration General Manager between 1988 and 2005 before becoming the Director of Government Relations from where he retired in April, 2006. He is a Fellow of NAPE and a Trustee of the Association and has received the Rt Honourable (Dr) Nnamdi Azikiwe medal for promoting earth science education in Nigeria. Apart from his duties on Petrodata’s board of directors, he currently also runs his own management consulting firm, Fixital Nigeria Ltd. and is a Director of Andora Technologies Ltd – an energy consulting company specialized in reservoir management, resource evaluation and auditing.

Mr. Taukeme Edwin Koroye

Mr. Taukeme Edwin Koroye began his banking career with Nigeria International Bank Limited (now Citibank Nigeria Limited) in 1987, having obtained four (4) years of professional accounting experience with Price Water house (now Price waterhous eCoopers).
At Citibank, his work experience spanned several departments areas of competence including leadership of Corporate Finance, Corporate Banking, Personal Banking, Audit, Internal Control, Global Trade Finance and Treasury Operations. He was Chief Auditor of the bank at one time. He was Vice President in Operations and Technology prior to joining Access Bank Plc. in 2002. He served for fifteen (15) and a half years.
At Access Bank, he was Executive Director (ED) Operations and Technology Division, Transaction Banking Services, Total Quality Management, Cash Management and Compliance. He was at one time Chief Compliance officer of the bank.
At the time of his disengagement from Access Bank in December 2013, he was ED Subsidiaries. Over a three (3) year period he led subsidiaries in Capital Markets, Real Estate Development, Courier and Logistics Services, Registrars and Trusteeships, Insurance and Banking.
He also led insurance subsidiaries in Nigeria and Ghana; Banking subsidiaries in the UK and eight (8) African countries in West, Central, East and Southern Africa.
He served for eleven (11) and a half years in Access Bank.
Taukeme is a graduate of Business Administration from the University of Lagos, a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA) and an Honorary Member of the Nigerian Institute of Bankers (HCIB).
He is also an alumnus of Harvard Business School, IMD Business School and INSEAD Business School.
