ENGR. BABAJIDE A. SOYODE (Chairman)

Engr. B. A. Soyode was recently elected as the chairman of Petrodata Management Services Ltd at the last board meeting. He is also the president of Atlas Poligenics Limited former (B. A. Soyode & Company Limited), an oil & gas engineering consultancy firm. Engr. Soyode retired from the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) as the Group General Manager in charge of Corporate Planning and Business Development. While in NNPC, he occupied various positions including General Manager, Refining and Marketing in the Petroleum Inspectorate.

 

CHIEF(MRS.) MARLIES ALLAN (Vice Chairman)

Mrs. Allan is currently the managing partner of Allan & Ogunkeye (legal practitioners) and Notary Public of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. She is the president of the A.I.P.P.I in Nigeria, a one- time president of the International Federation of Women Lawyers (FIDA) (Nigeria) and International Director of F.I.D.A (Int.). She is also the Chairman Board of Trustees of Atlantic Hall School, Maryland, Lagos and a member of several International Law Associations.

 

DR. O. A. LALUDE

Dr. O. A. Lalude is the immediate past Chairman of Petrodata Management Services Ltd. He retired recently as General Manager, Shell Nigeria Exploration & Production Company Ltd. (SNEPCO), a SHELL Company engaged in deep offshore and far inland oil and gas exploration. He was one time General Manager of Shell’s Western Division in Warri, and Engineering Manager. Prior to that he also had international exposure with Shell International in Holland and the U.S.A. He also worked earlier as Senior Design (Mechanical) Engineer for Nuclear Power Plants at Bechtel Corporation in the United States. He is presently an oil industry consultant.

 

CHIEF RICHARD D. ADELU

Chief R.D Adelu worked for Shell Petroleum Development Company in various capacities as Production Geologist and Petroleum Engineer. He later worked with the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) and the Department of Petroleum Resources (DPR) where he rose to the position of Deputy Director, Resources Management a position he held for seven years before retiring in 1996. He is presently the Chief Executive Officer of Radoil Services, a Petroleum Services Company, and currently serves on the Boards of a number of companies.

 

MR. EDWARD IYAMU

Mr. Iyamu's career with Shell spanned a total of twenty-one years from 1962-1983. He occupied various positions including Chief Geophysicist, and Exploration manager. He voluntarily retired from Shell to establish Geotrex Systems Ltd where he is currently the Chairman.

 

MR. TAUKEME E. KOROYE

Mr. Taukeme Edwin Koroye Director, Tek as he is fondly called by friends and associates, is a graduate of business Administration from the University of Lagos and a fellow of the institute of chartered Accountant of Nigeria. He began his banking career with Nigerian International Bank Ltd (NIB) in 1987, having obtained four years professional accounting experience with PriceWaterhouse (now PricewaterhouseCoopers). At NIB, he worked in several departments including corporate finance, corporate banking, internal control, international trade and treasury operations, and he rose to the position of Deputy General Manager, Operations and Technology, He joined Access bank in 2002 where is currently an Executive Director in charge of operations & Information Technology.

 

MR. WOLE SHEBIOBA (Managing Director)

Wole commenced his career as a youth copper with Shell Petroleum Development company of Nigeria Port Harcourt in 1987, having bagged a B.Sc. in Applied Geophysics from the Federal University of Technology Akure and M.Sc.
On completion of the mandatory one year NYSC he was offered the position of Operations seismologist in the exploration department of SPDC Eastern operation on contract where he developed his skills in the field of two dimensional (2D) and three dimensional (3D) seismic data acquisition and processing. He later moved to CGG Nigeria Ltd, as a field seismologist and rose to the position of Chief seismologist with overall responsibility for QA/ QC of data acquired for different clients. At CGG, he worked on different projects both onshore and offshore in the Niger delta.

He later went back to SPDC as a QA/QC consultant. In this role, he supported SPDC’s 3D acquisition offshore and OBC surveys. He also consulted for various E & P companies on Seismic data acquisition and processing in Nigeria and Houston USA. He was a pioneer member of staff of Petrodata Management services as the center manager with the late Dr. Moshood Olayide Adegbola the first Managing Director of the company.
Wole has attended various developmental, operational and management courses both in Nigeria and abroad. He is an active member of the Society of Exploration Geophysicist, Tulsa Oklahoma USA, Nigerian Association of Petroleum Explorationists (NAPE) and American Association of Petroleum Geologist (AAPG). He is an alumnus of the Lagos Business School.
