Our Physical Archive & Digital Asset Management Tool has the capabilities for flexible data cataloguing, data search, data management, sound security and control. Data cataloguing features are formed based on data entry, total & rapid data capture and spreadsheet data loading while the data search capabilities are Find it Fast, data type searches, drill down subset Queries, Invalid data search and multiple search criteria per query.

Two types of data storage models can be managed with the software, data stored internally by Petrodata a multiclient environment and data stored by the Client in house external storage location. The module allows for local order processing and checks in/checks out of data. The data security level is efficient and secured for all defined users.
