Engr. B.A Soyode is the chairman Board of Directors of Petrodata Management Services Ltd. He began his carrier in 1970 as a chemical engineer with the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation and rose to become the Group General Manager in charge of Corporate Planning and Business Development. He was also the past President of the Nigerian Society of Chemical Engineers and serves actively as one of the council members. He is currently the president of Atlas Poligenics Limited, an oil and gas engineering consultancy firm.

Chief (Mrs.) Marlies Allan is the vice chairman of Petrodata Management Services Limited. She brings to bear over 20 years experience as a Patent and Intellectual Property lawyer. She is currently the managing partner of Allan & Ogunkeye, a firm of Patents and Intellectual Property practitioners. She was the past president of the International Federation of Women Lawyers (FIDA) (Nigerian Chapter) and also a Director of the International Director of F.I.D.A. She is a Notary Public of the Supreme Court of Nigeria and occupy various leadership roles as the President of the A.I.P.P.I (International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property), Chairman Board of Trustees of Atlantic Hall School, Epe and a member of several International Law Associations.

Dr. O. A. Lalude is the immediate past Chairman of Petrodata Management Services Ltd. He retired as a General Manager in Shell Nigeria Exploration & Production Company Ltd. (SNEPCO), a SHELL Company engaged in deep offshore and far inland oil and gas exploration. He was one time General Manager of Shell’s Western Division in Warri, and Engineering Manager. Prior to that he also had international exposure with Shell International in Holland and the U.S.A. He also worked earlier as Senior Design (Mechanical) Engineer for Nuclear Power Plants at Bechtel Corporation in the United States. He is presently an oil industry consultant.

Chief R.D Adelu worked for Shell Petroleum Development Company in various capacities as Production Geologist and Petroleum Engineer. He joined the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) and the Department of Petroleum Resources (DPR) in 1988 and rose to the position of Deputy Director, Resources Management, a position he held for seven years before he retired in 1996. Chief Adelu is also the Chief Executive Officer of Radoil Services, a Petroleum Services Company, and currently serves on the Boards of various companies.

Mr. Edward Iyamu has over 21 years experience with Shell Petroleum Development Company until his retirement in 1983. He has extensive knowledge of geology, geophysics and reservoir engineering including formation evaluations, field studies, well evaluations, coring analysis and modeling. He also served in various positions among which are as the Chief Geophysicist, and first Nigerian Exploration manager in Shell Port Harcourt. He is currently the chairman of Geotrex, a Petrophysical consulting firm.

Mr. Dayo Adenowo joined Shell Petroleum Development Company in 1988 as a trainee Seismologist, where he acquired skills in re-engineering design, planning and operational risk management. He also gained diverse experience in the processing of well logs to synthetic seismogram, well log interpretation, static diagrams and charts for 2D/3D seismic projects. His expertise on seismic acquisition projects cut across multinational oil and gas industry. He was the QC field supervisor with Geomite Ltd on SPDC seismic acquisition project in 1991, and later joined Geocon UK in 1994 as a QC/QA consultant on shallow marine and deep seismic projects. Dayo Adenowo has also been very active in many different areas in the oil and gas business projects such as supervision of Shell and Agip projects, with an estimated project value of over $300million. He joined Petrodata Management Services as a Safety and Security Manager in 2002 and rose within 2 years to the position of Centre Manager/Business Development, where his contributions have continued to play a key role in developing strategic business relationships for the company. He was educated at the Federal University of Technology Akure (FUTA) with a B.Sc in Geophysics in 1988. He also holds MBA in Finance from the University of Benin and M.Sc in Petroleum Geology from the University of Port-Harcourt. He is a member of (NAPE) - Nigerian Association of Petroleum Explorationist. He is currently an Executive Director – Business Development of Petrodata Management Services Limited.
